History – Mini Saint John the Baptist christening medal

Saint John the Baptist holding the Paschal lamb in his arms and praying is highlighted on this 18-carat yellow gold christening medal. Born nine months before Jesus, Saint John is the son of Elizabeth, cousin of the Virgin Mary. He is the only saint besides Mary whose nativity is celebrated. The role of Saint John is to prepare the paths of the Lord and make his ways straight. It was he who baptized Jesus, proclaiming: “Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.” He was the last prophet. Measuring 10, 12, or 13 mm and weighing between 0.84 and 1.65 g, the christening medal representing Saint John is a symbol of faithfulness and fraternity. The jewelry has a brushed finish, which means it has a matte appearance. A Liberty bracelet available in four colors (blue, green, red, and purple) accompanies the christening medal. It is also possible to engrave it. A message of love, tenderness, or support—let your heart speak. The mini medal is sold with a liberty bracelet. When placing your order, please feel free to leave a comment to indicate the color of the liberty bracelet you would like (Khaki, Anise green, Cornflower blue..).
